Amazing treatment, I have a hand that now functions and back at work 2 months early, highly recommend Vinita.
I cannot praise this practice more highly and recommend it without hesitation. Premises, with adequate parking, are easily accessible by road. All appointment times are arranged to suit. Diagnostic procedures and treatments explained in simple language, exemplary, resulting in complete satisfaction. I shall continue to attend sessions as I feel the need or as advised.
I was referred to Vinita by a private consultant following unsuccessful attempts at curing a constant pain in both elbows that I had suffered for a year. Previous diagnoses from other practitioners had been poor and the treatment I had undergone was in the main irrelevant.
I first saw Vinita in October 2015 and once I had described my ongoing symptoms she quickly diagnosed a likely problem with my neck and thoracic area that was referring pain to my elbows. I have had 13 of 15 treatments and am now 90% better than i was in October last year. The symptoms in my elbows have largely disappeared and tasks I found difficult due to pain are now normal to perform.
Alongside the treatment she provided, Vinita also gave me some self help exercises to do at home which have also assisted my recovery. The physio treatment I received was specialist in that it concentrated on nerves rather than musculoskeletal and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vinita for anyone who requires specialist physiotherapy treatment.
Just wanted to say thanks for all you did. Pilates and exercises going well, also gym workout. Can touch my toes for the first time in years!
Wouldn’t be at this stage without your help and encouragement, so again many thanks.
Thought you’d like to know that you were ‘spot-on’ with your diagnosis of my back pain
( MRI enclosed). I owe you in big part my recovery. Thank you for helping me ‘get back on my feet’

Knee pain may be felt in front or behind the knee or in the shin. It can be due to various reasons such as meniscus or ligament damage and arthritis. Early and accurate diagnosis leads to quicker pain relief and return to normal activities.
We help to reduce post-operative pain and improve movement following surgery. Physiotherapy at these times helps patients to regain normal joint range of motion, releases muscle tension and improves muscle efficiency.
